Our roof warranty

Two warranties, both in writing
Manufacturer warranty
On shingle roofs we install complete Owens Corning systems to the manufacturer's specifications and register the warranty in your name.
Workmanship warranty
Our written warranty covers the installation itself: nailing, flashing, underlayment and the details that make a roof last in Florida weather. Your proposal states the exact terms before you sign.

Frequently asked questions
Still have a question? Call (407) 970-9746. A real person answers.
What does a roof warranty cover?
There are usually two warranties. The manufacturer warranty covers defects in the roofing materials. The workmanship warranty, from the contractor, covers installation errors like improper nailing or flashing. You want both, in writing, from a contractor who will still be in business to honor them.
Does my roof warranty transfer if I sell my house?
Many manufacturer warranties can transfer to the next owner once, sometimes with a registration step. Transfer terms vary by product. We explain the transfer rules for your specific roof in your paperwork.
What can void a roof warranty?
Common causes are unpermitted modifications, work by another contractor on the roof, satellite dish or solar installs that are not properly flashed, and lack of reasonable maintenance. Call us before anyone else works on your roof, and we will make sure the warranty stays intact.
Find out what your roof needs
Ask for a free inspection. We send someone up, take photos, and tell you whether it needs a repair, a replacement or nothing yet. If it needs work, you get a written price.
