Reviews of Assure‑U Roofing

I live in a 17-unit condominium complex. Assure-U Roofing was hired to do our reroofing project. From the beginning of our project to the end of our project, Nick was engaged, responsive and attentive. The roofing crew was exceptional, arriving early staying late. But most of all they took pride in their work and made sure to deliver a quality product. I would highly recommend this company.

This company installed my roof 10 years ago. A tree fell and damaged several shingles. Nick and crew came out and did repair in a timely manor. Shingles matched perfectly. Repair was very reasonably priced. Thank you for a repair job done professionally. Communication was great.

Assure-U Roofing was a really great choice. I did alot of research into the few companies i wanted to get some quotes from for a full roof shingle replacement, and Nick came out for the quote and was so refreshingly honest and nice that I decided to go with him at assure. I felt as though the quoted price was very fair so that made me very happy. Nick let me know how much everything was going to cost, and told me about if they found rotten wood how much extra each lumber would be, and also gave me estimates on how much replacement i would expect based on his experience. Nicole kept me updated on everything happening, and was communicating with me through email because of my work hours conflicting alot of the time. Nicole was extremely friendly, and professional, and solved any and all problems i could have had. Between Nicole and Nick, they were able to give me a good rundown of how everything's going to happen, and then the day finally came to get my new roof. After my ring doorbell went off, it showed everyone showing up 15 minutes earlier then the start time and they began prepping. I was still at work but by the time i came home my entire roof was already stripped lol. They were extremely quick and efficient. Nick pointed out a few pieces of lumber that would need to be replaced, and made sure to update me as time went on. he also mentioned needing to paint the exposed wood underneath my roof eventually to protect the wood, and even referred me to a handyman, which I was really excited about because i need some minor electrical work done, and have a few projects thats been bothering me and was gunna look more into it after this whole roof stuff is over, and he saved me alot of searching. All in all, im very happy i chose Assure-U. I usually get a bit overwhelmed getting quotes and looking for a good company to work with. Again, I did alot of research before i landed on them, and hopefully if your reading this you will give them a shot like I did. The quote is free, customer service is fantastic, and they were able to make something that I was very stressed about having done, alot more painless then i expected it would be. I really appreciate everyone's hard work and craftsmanship, and now my house looks so much nicer because of it :) If i EVER have any problems in the future with my roof, i clearly wont ever need to look for anyone ever again, you made me a long term customer. Thanks for not only your efficiency, but your refreshing honesty and really looking out for me

Sam and his guys did a great job on our roof. The roof is not typical, had a good deal of damage and they had to do extra work on it. One small problem came up and he was right back out immediately to take care of it. I highly recommend Assure-U At Home Services and appreciate them. They are excellent.

Gene C., HomeAdvisor review, 2019

Excellent professional service. Great price. More importantly, Nick kept us informed throughout the entire roof repair process on my two houses with roof leaks, and delivered what he promised. Highly recommend him to anyone with roof issues; will definitely use his service again.

As a Realtor I have recommended Assure-U Roofing for many years because they are honest, reliable, and reasonable. Lot of roofers out there. I use reddit to find recommendations. Multiple people recommended assure-u so I went with them for a roof certicate and they were great - beyond fair and reasonable. Recommend you give them a chance.

Have used Assure-U on several houses both personal and rentals. Both the office staff and roofing crews are professional and thorough and do excellent work. I do like that they do not cut any corners and actually go above to ensure no leaks,

Sam knows roofing and is the best you can hire. His work, team and customer service are superior to all other roofers. I have lived in CFL for over 35 years and will only use and recommend Sam. SAM is the only roofer you want for your investment. I have interviewed 6 other professional roofers for this project and will only use and recommend Assure-U at Home. I highly recommend them!

I cannot express how much I have appreciated this company. They were always easy to get a hold of, and it never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. They are a very honest company and it feels like They are ACTUALLY trying to look out for me and protect the roof over my head. I will recommend them in ANY instance roof situations come up.

I've used Assure-U Roofing for three different Roofing jobs and so far no complaints. They charged a fair price, did a good job and cleaned up when they were done. I will use them if I need any more roofing jobs in the future.

Workers were very professional.

Evelyn C., HomeAdvisor review, 2012

I called on a friday ,Nicole was concerned with the issue i had. i sent a couple of pictures for an estimate she said someone would be in touch. Monday morning Nick one of the owners called gave me the price we agreed, sent someone Tuesday and the job was done, that simple. And they didn't have to do something Nick thought they would so he dropped the price. I've been in the construction business my entire life and would recommend Assure-u roofing without hesitation. thanks again

Paul P., HomeAdvisor review, 2012

Assure-U Roofing did a great job on my roof repair. They were very professional and I didn't have to wait long for the service. They also repaired the drywall that was damaged due to the roof leak. They did it all at a great price.

MANNY T., HomeAdvisor review, 2011

Assure-U Roofing replaced my roof approximately eight years ago. I've had a couple of minor issues since then and Assure-U has always immediately responded and rectified the problem. Honest and upfront company that has always treat me with respect, professionalism, and great customer service. The owners\managers Sam and Nick are the best, hence very knowledgeable about the roofing industry. Kudos to the roofing installer staff as well. I expect to continue doing business with Assure-U indefinitely. If you want an absolute skilled and satisfied roof replacement or repair job done I highly recommend Assure-U Roofing.

Greg Cunningham, Google review, 2024

Knowledgeable, efficient

John W., HomeAdvisor review, 2011

I'm so glad I chose Assure_U Roofing for our roofing repair. They are honest and fixed only what was needed, nothing more and nothing less. I'm very pleased with their work. Nick was so knowledgeable and helpful. I only wish I had called them 3 years ago to install the new roof because the company that did the job cut corners, resulting in leaks after 2 years. I will definitely choose Assure_U Roofing for any future roofing needs.

Frances Tegnazian, Google review, 2024

Sam offered decades of true experience and the advice to us on our re-roof that can only be had by a tradesman that has spent much time doing the work himself. The work was performed by his crew on time, very quickly, and at a very fair price. My husband and I would recommend Assure-U At Home Services to our family and friends with no hesitation whatsoever.

Reeves J., HomeAdvisor review, 2010

With so many Orlando roofers we were overwhelmed with getting started. The staff at Assure-U Roofing sure did make it easy to narrow it down! Their price was very competitive and their integrity is what really stood out! If you don't include them in your search you will be missing out on one of the best!

Assure-U Roofing was referred to me by a couple neighbors in 32817. Assure-U Roofing went above and beyond for us. They protected my landscaping and even moved my large potted plants out of the way for me. Our new shingle roof looks great and has transformed our curb appeal! Thank you Assure-U Roofing for being trustworthy and efficient to work with!

Brittany Rowe, Google review, 2024

Sam was very prompt and his estimate was very clear and honest, He provided a good price for the complete job and at my request included small items into the written contract that I thought might get overlooked. He was on the job site several times each day and returned my phone calls within minutes. The crew was very polite and careful not to damage any property. They did an excellent clean up after the work was complete. This was a very nice experience dealing with Sam and his crew. You can be sure, Sam will be the first one that I will call when I need another new roof. I'm sure you will also enjoy working with Sam as much as I did

Forrest C., HomeAdvisor review, 2009

Thank you Nick, Nicole and your crew for doing an excellent roofing job for my Dad's home. You and your crew were professional, courteous and had a general concern for my satisfaction that far exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the clean up that was done after each job. This is the roofing COMPANY does quality work and keep their word through ACTION. I'm grateful - Thank you.

been using assure-u for decades now on various properties. always easy and always satisfied. i don't even bother to contact anyone else

CHARLES SULLIVAN, Google review, 2024

They did a great job. The only negative was getting the project scheduled and started. Better communications with their customers would help. Overall ,Sam was great to deal with. I would use them again, if neccessary, and I would recommend to my friends and neighbors.

Tim P., HomeAdvisor review, 2009

Everything they said was what it was and to the point.. top of the line job for a fair price..

Sam was very courteous and did an excellent job fixing my soffit issue. Also his price was by far the best out of all the quotes I received. I will highly recommend them to anybody who needs roof repair.

Guario R., HomeAdvisor review, 2009

Had my roof replaced many years ago. I am ashamed I never left a review back then. Company came out to provide me with a wind mitigation report at no cost to me to help get a reduction in my insurance. Very happy with how responsive they were, the quality of their work, and how they continue to go out of there way to support even years after the job was completed. Would easily use this company again for future needs.

Jeremy Kryvanis, Google review, 2023

Assure-U responded quickly, efficiently and professionally when my roof needed replacing due to hail damage. They are an excellent team providing a top class service.

Guy Warner, Google review, 2023

This is our second roof from this company. Great people, reasonable price, prompt, did exactly what they said they would, no surprises, just like 18 years ago. This is the way all business should be done.

Replaced my roof back in 2017. Excellent job. Will replace my mother's house now 2022. More than happy.

Engelina Rodriguez, Google review, 2022

Assure-U did our home's last roof 21 years ago and the previous owners never needed any maintenance or repairs nor did they have any leaks. We got two other bids and Assure-U came in at the middle point as far as price, but after the high quality job they did and the lifetime of the old roof we went with them. So happy we did, our new roof is beautiful! Their clean up was so thorough it looks like the new roof went up like magic and our home looks brand new. The only thing we had to do was pick the color they took care of everything else and it was hassle free. THANK YOU!

Transglobal MA, Google review, 2021

Great company for your roofing needs. Once I called and scheduled an appointment, David came and provided a fair quote. The job was done soon after and we are extremely pleased with the results. We needed a replacement roof for our detached garage and some shingles replaced on our home. I was impressed that Sam even provided matching colored shingles for our home. I would highly recommend this company.

Daina Fry, Google review, 2021

Best roofer we have ever had. Been in our home 35 years so we have had a few new roofs. Family owned and local. Sam and Theresa really are great!!

Catherine Sarkisian, Google review, 2021

Have used Sam several times over the years and always found him reliable and competent. Most recently he charged us less than his initial fee, which we signed for, since he said it took them a little less time ... 'nuff said!

doug o, Google review, 2021

Assure-U provides very good service. They sent someone to our house within a few days to provide an estimate. Their price was the best compared to two other companies I received a quote with. They started the job within two weeks after I received the HOA approval and after they got the permit from my city. They are state licensed and has their own insurance to protect their workers. They started the work on a Monday, and a dumpster was delivered to my house on Sunday. They completed the job in one and a half days. The workers were working early before 8 o'clock in the morning. They post the permit on the outside wall and took care of the permit process. The workers tried to clean my house the best they can to ensure the safety of my kids not stepping on nails. My families used them before and was very satisfied with them, and I am also satisfied with the price, service, product, and speed they provided. I highly recommend to get a quote with them before you make a decision.

G Frye, Google review, 2020

If I could give this company more stars I would! From scheduling the quote to completing the job, they were prompt, professional and took pride in the service they provided. There are no gimmicks or hidden fees with Assure-U. They worked with our crazy schedule and made the process so painless. Affordable with excellent customer service. Choose Assure-U for your roofing needs. You will not regret it!

Cindy Jeffers, Google review, 2019

We got a Good Quote and the Crew showed up on time, worked diligently and did a excellent job on the roof . The crew did a good job in cleaning up and the inspectors also came in inspected and passed it , all within a week . We would definitely recommend this company to friends and family ..

Dinaz Irani, Google review, 2019

Assure-U did a great job,. Very competitive price, excellent workmanship, left the job clean and I couldn't be more pleased. If you need a roof, your search is over.

Gregory Norris, Google review, 2019

I recently had my roof on my rental property replaced. I was very pleased at how quickly Assure U communicated with me throughout the process, especially because I live out of state! From the beginning Theresa responded to all my questions via email or phone call. Sam provided me with a quote within a few days of contacting them. Once I decided to move forward with Assure U, they made sure that I had HOA approval and asked for documentation. I then paid 50% up front and the rest after the job was done. They scheduled me in quickly, even with the hurricane just passing. Sam contacted me a couple times during the week of the roof replacement to finalize details. The roof looks great. I couldn't be happier!

Jennifer, Google review, 2018

Seriously the best experience with Assure-U. The service is not only fantastic but Sam is also a problem solver. I high recommend their services.

Karl Burnam, Google review, 2018

This company gets my highest accolade!! They did an outstanding roof installation for me about a year and a half ago. My insurance company informed me that if I got a Verification Inspection Form, my homeowner's insurance would be less. Mr Sam Strothers was out to my home in two days!!! While conducting the inspection, he found that something was loose on the side of my house (nothing to do with the roof) and he spent about 10-15 minutes fixing it. How awesome is that??? You just don't find this kind of customer service anymore! I appreciate you guys, more than I could ever express!

Harriett Bentley, Google review, 2016

Excellent company! Sam and Theresa have always gone above and beyond. They had done several repairs over the years to keep my tar and gravel roof in good shape. Sam is very knowledgeable and honest. I trust them and would highly recommend.

Kristen Vanzura, Google review, 2016

These folks are great! Put a new roof on one house - not a problem (and thousands under the other bids). Even better, they've done repairs for me at two rental houses. One of them done 5 years ago on a 20+ year old roof. The leak was fixed and hasn't returned. HIGHLY recommend

Jim Gilkeson, Google review, 2015

I interviewed a few people before choosing Assure U. They were the most knowledgeable and the least expensive. They are the first contractors I have ever used to do a better job than I expected. Hard working and professional, I highly recommend them. Thanks.
