How long does a roof inspection take?
Most residential inspections take 30 to 60 minutes. Larger or tile roofs can take a little longer. You do not need to be home for the exterior part, but we like to walk you through the photos afterward.
Is there any catch to the free inspection?
No. There is no obligation and no pressure. Many inspections end with "your roof is fine" or a small repair. We would rather earn your trust now and be the roofer you call when you do need a new roof.
Can I use the inspection for insurance or a home sale?
Yes. The photo report is useful for insurance renewals, documenting storm damage and real estate transactions. If your insurer needs a specific form, such as a four-point or wind mitigation form, tell us when you book.
