How we run jobs
- We tell you when a repair is enough
- If a small flashing repair buys you five more years, that is what we recommend. Most of our work comes from referrals, and upselling would end that.
- Our own crews do the work
- Assure-U has used its own employees on every roof since 2004. We have never subcontracted an install.
- Everything goes in writing
- Proposals list each item and price. Every replacement gets a permit, and we photograph the work before the new roof covers it.
- We answer the phone after the job
- Each year after we replace or repair a roof, we come back and inspect it at no charge. If something goes wrong, you call the same office that sold you the roof.

Nick Cira
President
Nick gives most estimates in person and stays in touch with the homeowner through the job. If the decking needs replacing once the old roof is off, he is usually the one who shows you and explains the cost.
Nicole Edgerton
Owner and office manager
Nicole runs the office. She schedules inspections, keeps homeowners updated by phone and email while a job is underway, and handles the paperwork that goes with it.
Sam Strother

Sam holds Assure-U's Florida Certified Roofing Contractor license, and every roofing permit is pulled under it. Customers who have worked with Assure-U for years know him for estimates, insurance inspection forms and matching shingles on repairs.
